Introduction

Welcome to Greg’s Mobile Automotive Services. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Greg’s Mobile Automotive Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Service Description

Greg’s Mobile Automotive Services provides mobile automotive repair and maintenance services throughout Van Buren County, Arkansas. Our technicians travel to your location to perform automotive diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and other related services as requested.

Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled by phone, through our website, or via our mobile application. We strive to accommodate your preferred appointment time, but availability is subject to our schedule and technician availability.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 or 25% of the quoted service price, whichever is less. No-shows without notification may be charged a fee equal to one hour of labor at our standard rate.

Service Area and Travel Fees

We provide services throughout Van Buren County, Arkansas, including Fairfield Bay, Clinton, Shirley, Damascus, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond a 15-mile radius from our base of operations. Any applicable travel fees will be disclosed and agreed upon before service is scheduled.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide estimates for all services before work begins. Estimates are based on our assessment of the required repairs and industry-standard labor times. However, during the repair process, additional issues may be discovered that were not visible during the initial assessment.

If additional repairs are needed, we will notify you and provide a revised estimate before proceeding with any additional work. You have the right to approve or decline any additional repairs. We will only perform work that you have authorized.

Our diagnostic fee is $89, which may be waived if you proceed with our recommended repairs. Labor rates are charged at $95 per hour, billed in 0.1-hour increments. Parts are charged at our cost plus a standard markup to cover procurement, handling, and warranty administration.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and mobile payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Personal checks are accepted from established customers only.

For repairs exceeding $500, we may require a deposit of 50% before ordering parts. For major repairs exceeding $1,000, we offer payment plans through third-party financing partners, subject to credit approval.

Unpaid balances are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% APR) after 30 days. Vehicles with unpaid balances may be subject to mechanic’s lien in accordance with Arkansas state law.

Warranty

We provide a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty on parts and labor, whichever comes first. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. The warranty period begins on the date of service completion.

Our warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, or neglect
• Damage caused by subsequent repairs performed by others
• Normal wear and tear items (e.g., brake pads, wiper blades)
• Maintenance services (e.g., oil changes, fluid top-offs)
• Issues unrelated to the original repair

To make a warranty claim, contact us at (520) 414-5478. We will diagnose the issue and determine if it is covered under warranty. If covered, we will repair or replace the defective part at no charge to you.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about your vehicle and its issues
• Ensuring we have safe access to your vehicle at the scheduled time
• Providing a reasonably clean work area around the vehicle
• Securing or removing valuable items from your vehicle
• Promptly communicating any concerns about our services

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greg’s Mobile Automotive Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our Services
• Any repairs or services performed on your vehicle
• Any actions we take or fail to take as a result of communications you send to us
• Any pre-existing vehicle conditions or issues unrelated to our services

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that is the subject of the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Greg’s Mobile Automotive Services, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the Services shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Van Buren County, Arkansas.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through other communications. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Greg’s Mobile Automotive Services regarding our Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning its subject matter.
