Meet the Owner: Greg Camp

A third-generation Van Buren County resident, Greg’s automotive journey began in his grandfather’s garage at just eight years old, where he discovered his natural talent for understanding mechanical systems.
After graduating from Clinton High School, Greg pursued formal training at Arkansas Technical Institute, earning his certification as an Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Master Technician. He spent the next decade working at dealerships and independent shops throughout central Arkansas, building expertise across virtually all vehicle makes and models.
In 2010, Greg recognized a gap in automotive services for his rural neighbors. “I saw people driving 45 minutes each way for simple repairs, arranging rides, and missing work—all for services I could easily perform in their driveways,” Greg recalls. This realization sparked the creation of Greg’s Mobile Automotive Services.
Greg’s deep connection to Van Buren County shapes his business philosophy. He understands the unique challenges local drivers face, from navigating mountainous terrain to preparing vehicles for extreme Arkansas weather conditions.
